If anything that you order from us is unsuitable it can be returned within 28 days, (excluding p&p) provided it is unused and in a saleable condition. We cannot refund on make-up , tights , underwear , eyelashes or wigs - for hygiene reasons . None of this information alters any of your statutory rights.
